This site is a coming-soon page operated by NLOVE LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("n(LOVE)™", "I", "me"). It has one function: an email waitlist for the private beta. These terms cover your use of that page and nothing else. By using the page you accept them; if you do not, simply close it. Joining the waitlist does not require you to accept these terms: what you agree to when you join is only what the box on the form says — to receive emails about the private beta and public launch.

The product is not open yet. Nothing here is an offer to sell, a contract for service, or a promise of access. When the platform itself opens, it will come with its own terms, and you will be asked to accept those separately before you can use it.

The waitlist

It is free, and it is optional. Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Only you can add your address. Every signup has to be confirmed from the inbox it was entered for. Until you click the link in that email, nothing further is sent to you.
A place on the list is not a guaranteed invitation. The private beta is limited, invitations go out in batches, and I may change the order, the size, or the timing — or cancel the beta entirely.
You can leave at any time. Every email carries a link that deletes your entry outright. You can also write to me and ask.
Enter your own address. Do not sign up an address that is not yours.
You must be 13 or older to join.

Acceptable use

This is a static page with a single form. Please do not:

submit false, automated or bulk entries, or attempt to flood the waitlist;
probe, scan, scrape, overload or otherwise attack the site or the servers behind it;
try to gain access to data, accounts or systems that are not yours;
use the page, or anything on it, to break the law.

I may block, delete or refuse any entry that looks like abuse, without notice and without explanation.

Intellectual property

The n(LOVE)™ name and mark, the wordmark, the page design, the copy and the underlying software are owned by NLOVE LLC and are protected by trademark and copyright law. Nothing on this page grants you a licence to use any of it. You may of course link to the page, and share it, as it is.

Privacy

What the page collects, why, who processes it and how to have it erased are all set out in the privacy policy.

Not advice

n(LOVE)™ is not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. It is a companion for practising and multiplying love in everyday life. It is not a healthcare service, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it is no substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or worried about your safety, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line such as 988 (US) now — do not wait for an app.

Parts of the platform are generated with artificial intelligence and may contain errors. They are offered for reflection and encouragement, not as professional guidance.

Availability, and no warranty

The page is provided as is and as available. It is a pre-launch site: it may be offline, changed, or taken down at any time, without notice. To the fullest extent the law allows, I make no warranties of any kind about it — express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — and I do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every attack.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, NLOVE LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of your use of this page or your presence on the waitlist. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions; where that is the case, they apply to you only as far as that jurisdiction permits, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

I may update these terms as the launch approaches. If they change materially, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the page after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

NLOVE LLC is a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. These terms are governed by Ohio law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable United States federal law. Any dispute that cannot be settled directly belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Ohio, and you and I each consent to their jurisdiction.
