What this page collects
Effective 15 September 2026 · NLOVE LLC
This is a coming-soon page with one function: an email waitlist for the private beta. It is run by NLOVE LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("I", "me"), which decides what happens to the information below. This policy covers the page and the emails it sends, and nothing else. It is deliberately short, because the page does very little.
What is collected
If you join the waitlist, the following is stored:
- Your email address — the only thing you type, and the only thing that identifies you.
- A record of your consent — the exact wording of the box you ticked, and the time you ticked it.
- The time you signed up, and the time you confirmed your address.
- Approximate location — country, region and city, looked up from your IP address on my own server using an offline database. Your IP address itself is never stored — not in the waitlist, and not in the servers' request logs. It is used to do that lookup and to count requests for rate limiting, then discarded. What is kept alongside it is a one-way scrambled fingerprint of the address (a salted hash) that lets me block abuse without ever being able to read the original address back.
- Where you came from — the referring page, and any campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) in the link you clicked.
- Device and browser type — coarse categories only, such as "mobile / iOS" and "Safari 18". The full browser identification string is not stored.
- A record of the emails sent to you — the subject, the time, and whether delivery succeeded. Never the content.
That is the complete list. No name, no phone number, no address, no payment details, no tracking across other websites, and no profile of you beyond the fields above.
Why
- To tell you when the private beta and the public launch open. That is what you signed up for, and it is the only reason your email exists in my records.
- To prevent abuse. The approximate location and the scrambled IP fingerprint let me stop bots and bulk submissions from flooding the list.
- To understand which channels bring people here — whether an audience arrives from YouTube, Instagram, a newsletter or a direct link — so I know where to spend effort. This is counting, not profiling.
Who can join
The waitlist is for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, please do not join. If I learn that an entry belongs to someone under 13, I delete it.
Confirming your address
After you sign up you will get one email asking you to confirm. Until you click that link, your entry stays unconfirmed and you will receive nothing further. If you never confirm, the entry is deleted within 30 days. This is deliberate: it means nobody can add your address to my list except you.
Who processes it
- Google Cloud / Firebase (Google LLC) — hosts the page, runs the servers that receive your submission, and stores the waitlist record. It holds everything listed above, in the United States.
- Resend (Resend, Inc.) — delivers the emails I send you. It receives your email address and the content of each email, and keeps its own delivery records for a limited period under its own policy.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — only if you accept the cookie notice. Until you do, no analytics code is loaded at all. If you accept, it receives the pages you view, the campaign link you arrived from, your device and browser type, and an approximate location Google works out itself. Your email address, or anything derived from it, is never sent to Google Analytics.
- Google Workspace (Google LLC) — only if you write to me or reply to an email: your message arrives in my mailbox there.
These are processors acting on my instructions. All of them are based in the United States. Nobody else receives your data. The page's fonts are served from this site, so loading it contacts no one else.
Your email is never sold, rented, traded, or shared with advertisers. There is no advertising on this site, no remarketing tag, and no data broker in this chain. If that ever changes, it will not change quietly and it will not change for addresses already on the list.
How long it is kept
- Unconfirmed entries: deleted within 30 days of signing up.
- Confirmed entries: kept until you unsubscribe. Otherwise they are deleted 90 days after the public-launch announcement is sent — or, if the private beta does not go ahead, 90 days after that decision — and in any case no more than 24 months after you signed up.
- The record of emails sent to you: deleted together with your entry.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics deletes the record of individual visits after 2 months, and the pseudonymous ID it gives your browser, with anything tied to it, 14 months after your last visit. The analytics cookie on your device expires after 14 months. Neither is ever linked to your email address.
Leaving, and your rights
Every email I send you carries a link that removes your address. Using it deletes your entry outright, together with the record of emails I sent to it — it is not a suppression list and not a "do not contact" flag. Nothing is kept that could be used to email you again.
If you no longer have any of those emails, or you want confirmation in writing, use this one link and I will erase your record and reply:
Request erasure — lovelee@nlove.ai
You can also ask, at the same address, for a copy of everything held about you, or for anything in it to be corrected. I reply within 30 days, and there is no charge. Requests are handled by me personally, not a ticketing system.
Questions about any of this go to lovelee@nlove.ai, or by post to NLOVE LLC, 6545 Market Ave N STE 100, Canton, OH 44721, USA. If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and anyone on the confirmed list is told by email. The terms for using this page are here: terms. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, the same as the terms.
